How do I make a booking?
Navigate to the "Book Now" button and follow the steps to make your booking online.
What is your turnaround time?
Photos are delivered the day following the shoot.
Videos will be delivered within 48 hours following the shoot.
How do I make payment?
Payment is built in to your photo gallery. When you receive your photo gallery you can simply follow the steps to online checkout and then download your photos.
How do I download photos?
After you checkout, you'll instantly receive an email with a "Download Photos" button. Click that button to download your photos.
Can I make a change to my booking?
Sure, you can manage your booking using your confirmation email. Look for the "Manage Session" option, click it, then select "Reschedule".
Alternatively, call or text me on (615) 200-6145 to let me know with 24 hours notice please.
If I make changes to my Airbnb decor can you come back and shoot a few photos?
Sure, I can re-visit to shoot some new staging. The cost for this is $200 for up to 7 photos.
